A GOLDEN CIRCLE

Knightsbridge Circle

Knightsbridge Circle is an elite service that gets extraordinary levels of access and luxury for its privileged members

Stuart McNeill prides himself on his professional ability to “open seemingly closed doors” for the fortunate members of Knightsbridge Circle. The lifestyle and travel management service was founded in 2012 by Stuart, having previously launched the elite club for a leading international credit card firm. Drawing on this experience, Knightsbridge Circle’s members benefit from unparalleled access to the world’s best resorts, yachts, private jets, restaurants and exclusive events. Some clients might want Knightsbridge Circle to get them into London’s most fashionable restaurant at the last minute; another might want to have lunch with royalty. With Knightsbridge Circle, anything can be done.

“We offer exceptional personal service and unparalleled access,” explains Stuart (pictured, left). “The difference between us and our competitors is that other companies will tell you the best resort to stay in at your holiday destination, but we will go further. We will let you know about the hidden gems to dine in, the villa or suite you must take, and we can ensure that you have the very best staff who will cater for your every need. We provide those personal touches.

“The other key aspect is savings. There is an annual membership fee and no hidden costs. We have the resources and connections to make impressive savings on travel and concierge requests. Our members are amazed by the amount of money we save them each year. We have allocations at all major events, including the Oscars, Wimbledon, the Superbowl and Royal Ascot. We are able to offer these to our members at the best possible prices.”

New members usually arrive following word-of-mouth recommendation. A committee sits each month to consider applications. Once accepted, members are introduced to their Personal Manager at Knightsbridge Circle. “We have the highest staff-to-member ratio in the lifestyle-management world,” says Stuart. “Our members expect seamless service and we deliver every time. We don’t want our members to have to talk to a call centre, as that means having to explain who they are and answering a load of questions. Instead, they can contact their Personal Manager at any time through any means they choose.”

Stuart and his team travel widely to discover the best destinations, accommodation, restaurants and activities so they can offer personal recommendations to their members when booking vacations. The current trend is towards private villas, yachts and jets, as well as exclusive at-home events such as having a superstar DJ play at a villa on Ibiza rather than visit a club.

“Our services are increasingly requested,” says Stuart. “The mindset used to be ‘I have a good PA, I don’t need this membership’ but, in reality, one could have 100 PA’s and not be able to get the Knightsbridge Circle’s access and savings. The world is changing and we are perfectly positioned to help our members safely enjoy it.”

Every member can have his or her dream experience fulfilled. Stuart has previously arranged exclusive experiences, such as dinner hosted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace and a meet-and-greet with Lady Gaga after enjoying the best seats at her concert. Others lean towards the more extreme. “We are currently organizing a trip to the South Pole, which involves an ice-breaking yacht and a two-week trek across Antarctica,” he says. “The training schedule includes trips to Norway and Greenland. That’s the stuff we love. We do the basics very well and we make the unique experiences unforgettable.”
